On Wednesday, the City of Mansfield announced a hopeful one-day closure of a section of South Main Street.

Due to water main repairs it is necessary to close South Main Street between Malone Road and Ridgewood Boulevard on Thursday, July 6 while work is being completed.

The road has now been closed and is expected to be re-opened by the end of the workday barring any unforeseen problems. Construction signs will be posted at the work site.

Traffic is advised to plan an alternate route to avoid possible delays. No traffic will be permitted to pass.

Any questions concerning this notice may be directed to the City Service Complex during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM at 419-755-9806.
