From the City of Mansfield Service Complex:
Due to water main repairs it will be necessary to close sections of the following road while work is being completed. Ruth Avenue from Wood Street to East Townview Circle.
The road has been closed and is expected to be re-opened by the end of the workday Friday, December 21 barring any unanticipated problems. Construction signs will be posted at the work site.
Traffic is advised to plan an alternate route to avoid possible delays. No traffic will be able to pass.
