From Stacker

Richland County and north central Ohio are always in a state of flux. Each year new residents arrive while some local families move out of county and out of state.

The website Stacker recently analyzed census data to determine what counties in Ohio and elsewhere provide the most new Richland County residents.

Counties and county equivalents are ranked by the estimated number of people who moved to Richland County, OH from the county between 2015 and 2019. Ties were broken by gross migration.

In each case, numbers of new and departing residents for each county were numbered, with a new in or out migration calculated:
