The final regular meeting of Mansfield City Council for 2017 on Tuesday will see the body consider a number of important year-end matters.

Among other items, the agenda includes the following:

  • A third reading on an ordinance to amend regulations concerning owners of dogs who allow them to run at large, by increasing penalities for violations.
  • In a related measure, a third reading on an ordinance to create an Animal Control Officer.
  • A final reading on an ordinance to change rates at Clearfork Marina and Campgounds.
  • A measure adopting temporary annual approrpations for the operations of City government in 2018.
  • An ordinance authorizing a lease between the City and Oberlin Properties for a building at 135 Park Avenue East.
  • A measure establishing standing committees for Council and making committee assginments.
  • Adopting 2018 personnel positions, pay grades, and salaries for City employees.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers.
