Tonight, book lovers and beer lovers – often the same people – will enjoy the opportunity to join both passions in one place.
Main Street Books and The Phoenix Brewing Company are collaborating on a book talk and signing Wednesday evening at The Phoenix with writer Rick Armon. Armon’s latest published book is entitled “Fifty Must-Try Craft Beers of Ohio,” and the event will include a 20 minute talk at 6 PM, followed by a question and answer session and then a book signing.
Copies of the book will be available for sale by Main Street Books.
The Phoenix will also be unveiling something – in this case, their wildly popular seasonal beer, the Surly Gnome.
Armon has been writing about beer as a newspaper reporter and author since 1999. He covers the Ohio brewing industry for the Akron Beacon Journal and is the author of Ohio Breweries.
