Replacement of windows at Malabar Intermediate School will be on the agenda when the Mansfield City Schools Board of Education meets in regular session at 5:30 PM on Tuesday.

Superintendent Brian Garverick will recommend approval of a $169,000 contract for BC&G Weithman Construction Co. of Bucyrus. Windows to be replaced are all those seen when facing the front of the building – the cafeteria, administrative offices and the south side of the classroom wing.

The work will begin as soon as the school year ends and be completed during the summer.

Among other business the board will hear a report about literacy initiatives at Mansfield Middle School.

Tuesday’s meeting will be at the Raemelton administration building, 856 W. Cook Road.
