On Wednesday, the following numbers were reported by the Ohio Department of Health for the county’s long-term care facilities:
- Liberty Nursing Center of Mansfield — 2 residents, 3 staff
These five cases in one facility suggest a localized outbreak.
Similarly, Richland County schools continue to report a very modest number of COVID-19 infections:
- Clear Fork — 2 students
- Lexington — 1 staff
- Madison — 4 students
- Mansfield — 2 students
- Pioneer CTC — 2 students
- Shelby — 2 students
- Richland School of Academic Arts — 2 students
On Monday, we will review the most recent COVID-19 vaccination numbers for Richland County.
