As the 2026 racing season approaches, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is looking to build its seasonal workforce, opening applications for jobs across six specialty areas at the Lexington facility.
The hiring push covers a wide range of positions, from customer-facing roles to behind-the-scenes operational work. Mid-Ohio is seeking applicants age 16 and older for jobs in customer service and ticketing, food service, catering and concessions, operations and maintenance, safety, guest services and security, and track corner marshal assignments.
The opportunity offers more than a typical seasonal job. For many, it is a chance to work in the middle of one of Ohio’s best-known sports venues, surrounded by the pace, noise, and intensity of a major motorsports season.
“As the new racing season at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course draws near, we’re seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team in several seasonal roles,” said Craig Rust, president of Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. “It’s a unique chance to be part of the energy and excitement of professional motorsports at one of the premier racing facilities in the country. Interested applicants can apply today or attend our in-person interview day at the track on Saturday, March 21.”
Applications can be completed online at midohio.com/jobs. They may also be submitted in person at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, 7721 Steam Corners Road in Lexington, from Monday through Friday between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
Those interested in learning more about the positions will also have an opportunity to meet with Mid-Ohio representatives in person. Interviews are scheduled for Saturday, March 21, in the Mid-Ohio Tower from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The event is intended not only as a hiring opportunity but also as a chance for prospective employees to ask questions and get a better sense of what working at the track involves.
