What is the St. Lawrence Divide, you ask?

It’s something that Richland County farmers, and those who interface with any of the county’s numerous waterways, know very well.

The St. Lawrence Divide impacts Richland County in two primary locations. One is largely in Sandusky Township just east of Crestline, and the other is a line across the northernmost reaches of the county. Tourism Day Wednesday At The Ohio Statehouse

In celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week, the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) will join 90 attractions, visitor bureaus, restaurants, lodging, retail, and other tourism businesses exhibiting at Ohio Tourism Day on May 9, as proclaimed by Governor John R. Kasich. Hosted by TourismOhio, Tourism Day encourages visitors to plan their Ohio getaways by showcasing the Ohio experiences families and friends can enjoy.
