A favorite summer rhythm is returning to Kingwood Center Gardens. The Mansfield landmark has announced the 2026 lineup for Live on the Lawn, a free Thursday evening concert series held throughout July. Each concert begins at 7:00 PM, with free admission beginning at 6:30 PM.

Visitors are invited to bring a lawn chair or blanket, settle in on the grounds, and enjoy a family-friendly evening of live music in one of the area’s most scenic outdoor settings.

A July Lineup With Variety

This year’s Live on the Lawn series will feature five Thursday concerts:

July 2: Milo’s Music
July 9: Lincoln Highway Bluegrass Band
July 16: Townline 26
July 23: Willie Phoenix
July 30: Tom’s Kitchen Table

The schedule offers a mix of local and regional sounds, from bluegrass and Americana-flavored performances to familiar favorites and lively summer-night sets.

An Easy Summer Tradition

Part of the appeal of Live on the Lawn is its simplicity. There are no tickets to buy, no complicated plans to make, and no formal seating required. Guests can arrive shortly before the music begins, find a spot on the lawn, and enjoy an evening outdoors. The concerts are designed to be accessible and welcoming for all ages, making them a good fit for families, couples, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxed way to spend a July evening.

The garden setting gives the series its special character. As the sun lowers over Kingwood, the combination of music, open air, and summer blooms turns each Thursday concert into more than a performance. It becomes a seasonal gathering place.

Community Support Behind The Music

Live on the Lawn is presented by Modern Woodmen of America and sponsored by Brightspeed and Pacific Impressions. With the full July lineup now announced, Kingwood is encouraging residents to make plans early and mark their calendars for a month of free music on the lawn.
