Have you by chance checked the weather forecast recently? Richland County is expected to get 2-3 inches of that white, cold stuff on Wednesday — just what the doctor ordered for Ohio’s leading ski resort.

As shared by Snow Trails in its latest snow report shared on Tuesday morning, operations are currently suspended because of the inclement weather forecasted. The resort will reopen on Thursday with the Slopes at 10AM and the Tubing Park at 5PM.

Snowmaking will ramp up in earnest, leading to a great weekend for fun. On Friday night,  the Slopes and Tubing Park will stay open until Midnight, with live music in The Snowflake Loft.

On Saturday, the Leap Day Party will take place at 6PM on the Party Plaza and base area of Mt. Mansfield.

100% of the Trails and Lifts are available, and the Alpine Terrain park and Terrainasaurus Parks are open. You can reserve a Glow Tubing spot here.
