Battling against a Marion Local team that has numerous state championship trophies in its post-2000 trophy case, the Lucas Cubs performed admirably in a 28-6 loss in the Division VII Championship Game Saturday afternoon.
One of the highlights for the Cubs was an extraordinary 96 yard kickoff return by Carson Hauger.
