The awards will be presented at a special Alumni Awards Reception in March of each year, on the OSUM campus. The names of persons nominated but not selected will be kept on file for a minimum of three years. Nominators may update the file annually if they desire.

The nominators and endorsers will be invited to attend the induction reception. Recipients will be honored as part of the Alumni Hall of Fame within the Scarlet and Gray Café in Ovalwood Hall on the OSUM Campus.
