The first of Mansfield Senior High School’s three 2017-2018 registration days will include a shot clinic for students in seventh and 12th grades.

Richland Public Health will have personnel in the commons area on Aug. 10 from 3:30 to 7 p.m. to administer Tdap and meningococcal vaccines required for seventh and 12th grades. Students will be required to present evidence of shots to received their schedules.

Shots will cost $20 for the first one and $10 for each additional one. The cost will be billed to insurance if a parent or guardian brings an insurance card or a Medicaid card.

Senior High registration on August 10 will be 12 to 7 PM. Students also may register on August 11 from 12 to 7 PM and on August 14 from 8 AM to 3 PM.

School fees are waived for 2017-2018 except fees for rented musical instruments.

Parents and students should bring the following to registration:

  • At least three emergency contact telephone numbers.
  • Medical insurance information.
  • Doctor’s orders to administer prescription medication during school hours. (If needed, this form may be picked up prior to registration starting August 1.)

Only freshmen and sophomores will attend school on opening day, August 21. Classes for all grades will begin on August 22.
