The Lexington Mathletes made their mark at the MATHCOUNTS Chapter Competition held at Ashland University on February 1. Competing against bright minds from across the region, these students demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills and teamwork, proving their prowess in the world of mathematics.
Representing Lexington were two determined teams:

Ebube E., Elijah E., Emma E., Marissa R., Harrison R.
Among the standout performances, Ebube E. and Elijah E. earned spots in the prestigious Top 10 of the regional competition. Taking it a step further, Elijah E. achieved an extraordinary milestoneâqualifying for the State MATHCOUNTS Competition, a testament to his mathematical acumen and dedication.
