This Friday, August 9 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mansfield City School District invites the community to participate in the 3rd Annual Stuff the Bus event. Held at Sluss Realty, located at 1641 Park Ave. West, Mansfield, this event is a vital fundraiser for the district’s S.A.F.E. (Supporting All Families Equally) program.
Addressing a Growing Need
With an estimated 300 students in the Mansfield City School District considered homeless or in transition, the need for support has never been greater. The Stuff the Bus event has quickly become the district’s most significant effort to gather essential items for these students and their families.
What You Can Donate
Your contributions can make a substantial difference in the lives of these children. The following items are especially needed:
- Skinny markers
- Rulers
- Pencil sharpeners
- Girl bookbags
- Small toys and puzzles (24 and 48 pieces)
- Coloring books
- Toilet paper
- Shampoo/Conditioner
- Chapstick
- Hair accessories (ponytail holders, bows, clips, scrunchies)
- Toothbrushes/Toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Stuffed animals
- Legos
How Your Donations Help
These supplies go directly to students who lack basic necessities, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed in school. The S.A.F.E. program is committed to supporting every student and family in need, and your generosity plays a crucial role in this mission.
