A GoFundMe campaign is underway to provide funds for a Mansfield Senior High School football standout and his coach to visit two Big Ten schools.

The visits would be made by junior Jornell Manns and head football coach Chioke Bradley. “Jornell is an outstanding junior student athlete. He has been blessed with many offers to continue his education and football career in college,” Bradley said.

If the goal is reached Manns and Bradley will visit the two schools Manns is most interested in attending – the University of Wisconsin and the University of Minnesota. The funds would provide air travel, ground transportation and hotel stays. The funds are needed by March 10 in order to make travel arrangements.

“This means a great deal to Jornell to be able to narrow his options and choose a college that is perfect for him,” Bradley said. “This student needs the financial support to make it happen and to open these doors for him. He shouldn’t have to choose his future sight unseen simply because of financial limitations. Jornell and his support network would be most appreciative to be able to provide him this opportunity. Thank you.”
