The outstanding series of opportunities to meet and listen to authors and poets continues over the next few weeks at Main Street Books in downtown Mansfield.
Highlights include the following:
- October 21, 6:00 PM — Nancy Darbey, author of the Arcadia Publishing book “The Ohio State Reformatory”
- October 29, 2:00 PM – Sharon Fish Mooney, poet, “Bending Toward Heaven: Poems After the Art of Vincent Van Gogh”
- November 3, 6:00 PM — Sally Lanyon, author, “The Autobiography of Brutus Buckeye”
- November 4, 6:00 PM – Book talk with true-crime author James Renner
According to its website, Main Street Books is “…unlike any other bookstore in the area and on being an integral piece of our hometown. We provide what national bookstore chains and big box stores cannot: new writers, small press publications, local authors and books of local interest, a space that nourishes and celebrates creativity, plus a lot of heart and soul.”
