Downtown Mansfield, Inc. (DMI) has announced that it is continuing their beautification program for 2019. In addition, the folks at DMI will be planting the evergreens in planters throughout downtown this year during the holiday season.
Last year, DMI planted spring and summer flowers in over 120 planters, purchased several new planters for the downtown, and filled many planters with evergreens during the holiday season. They were so happy with the results that they are looking to grow those efforts.
To achieve 2019 goals, the #plantlove campaign will once again seek to fund the annual downtown beautification schedule.
In 2018, the total project cost was over $20,000 including the purchase of new planters and new soil. Donations typically range from $50 – $500 and are appreciated in any amount.
