Mansfield’s independent bookstore continues to welcome book lovers to its regular series of events. This month’s fare includes the following:

December 2 at 6:00 PM – Book Talk with Author Les Roberts

Stop by a book talk and signing by the author of the beloved Milan Jacovich mysteries during December’s First Friday celebration.

December 3 from 1-3 PM – Unhooked: A Book Signing

Writer Annie Highwater, author of Unhooked: A Mother’s Story of Unhitching from the Roller Coaster of Her Son’s Addiction, will visit for a book signing. This book is important for a community like Richland County, which has suffered great losses to drug addiction.

December 10 at 1:00 PM – How to Speak Midwestern

Main Street Books hosts a talk and book signing with author Edward McClelland. His book focuses on how Ohio’s 19th century settlement patterns are still reflected in its speech patterns.
