The Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. is pleased to announce the virtual groundbreaking of Ritter’s Run Apartments on Tuesday, March 23 at 11 AM on the Agency’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/aaa5ohio.
Ritter’s Run Apartments is designed for adults age 55 and older and will be located at 200 Ohio Street in Mansfield. Twelve individual, one and two-bedroom, accessible apartments will offer affordable rents, which include utilities, off street parking, and is pet friendly.
Ritter’s Run is a unique partnership between the Richland County Land Bank, the City of Mansfield, Mechanics Bank and PRAXIA-Partners. The Area Agency on Aging is the developer/owner of the property. The project was funded in part with unused HOME funds from the City of Mansfield.
Residents of Ritter’s Run will have access to supportive services connecting them to nutrition, health care, advocacy, and many other services that increase their quality of life.
