It’s an annual opportunity to step back in time, listen to classic tunes, and who knows… maybe you’ll catch a glimpse of your 20-year-old self by a car from your past (or your parents’ past)!

The 23rd annual Heart of the City Cruise In is set for this Saturday, August 25 from 8 AM to 4 PM. Appropriately centered in Central Park, the streets of downtown Mansfield will be lined with vintage automobiles with the adjacent sidewalks featuring family-friendly fare.

Registration begins at 8 AM in Central Park.

This year’s event will include live entertainment with “cruising tunes” from WVNO radio personality Tommy Barnes, as well as a performance by Outdated View from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. Included will be 50/50 drawings, door prizes, and a vendors’ alley set up in the Richland Bank parking lot at the corner of Park Avenue West and Walnut Street.

One hundred trophies are up for grabs, as well as the coveted Mayor’s Choice Award and Safety Service Director’s Award.

Hosted by Downtown Mansfield, Inc., the event has been made possible thanks to the following sponsors: City of Mansfield, Mansfield/Richland Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, Richland Area Chamber of Commerce and Westfield Bank.
