Three Coronavirus Cases Confirmed In Ohio; DeWine Declares State Of Emergency

On Monday afternoon, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine declared a state of emergency after it was announced that three cases of the COVID-19/Coronavirus have now been confirmed in Ohio. Each of three involves a Cuyahoga County resident.
