Snow Trails is primed for an action-packed February with fresh snow surface conditions and exciting events on the horizon. As of Monday morning, February 10, the resort boasts a freshly groomed surface, with the Rustler Jump Line open and the Woods Terrain Park reset for riders. While Alpine Park and Progression Park remain closed for snowmaking and rebuild, guests can still enjoy the Terrain Based Learning Park’s ramp and rollers.
Presidents Day Extended Hours (February 14-17)
To maximize the long holiday weekend, Snow Trails will offer extended hours from Friday, February 14, through Monday, February 17:
- Slopes & Tubing Park: Open 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM all four days.
- Early Openings: Skiing and snowboarding will start an hour earlier on Friday and Monday for extra slope time.
- Tubing Park: Additional hours available beyond regular scheduling.
64th Annual Ski Carnival (February 22-23)
A beloved tradition since Snow Trails’ inaugural 1961-62 season, the Ski Carnival is a weekend full of competitions, races, and festive fun. This two-day event has become a reunion for many, bringing generations of winter sports fans together.

The resort will be open from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM throughout the carnival weekend for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing. Advanced online booking is required for daily lift tickets and tubing passes.
