From the City of Mansfield:
Due to water main repairs the City of Mansfield has closed sections of the following road while work is being completed.
Western Avenue from West Fourth Street to Heineman Blvd.
The road has been closed and is expected to re-open by the end of the workday Tuesday November 22, 2016 barring any unforeseen problems. Construction signs will be posted at the work site. Traffic is advised to plan an alternate route to avoid possible delays. No traffic will be permitted to pass.
