The work profiled is all subject to weather conditions and other changes.
ASHLAND COUNTY
U.S. Route 30 bridge repairs – U.S. 30 westbound, at the structure between County Road 2175 and Township Road 405, will be reduced to one lane of traffic for bridge repairs. The bridge sustained damage from an accident that occurred in January, so project work has been scheduled to make necessary repairs. Estimated completion: May 2025
State Route 95 minor rehab – SR 95, from SR 60 to just west of Snoddy Road, will have single lane closures for a minor rehab project. Project work includes resurfacing and bridge repairs. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Estimated completion: October 2025
State Route 96 resurfacing – SR 96, from SR 545 to just east of Baney Road, will have single lane closures beginning the week of April 7 for a resurfacing project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Estimated completion: September 2025Estimated completion of all culverts: Friday, May 9, 2025
CRAWFORD COUNTY
U.S. 30 pavement repairs – U.S. 30, from the Wyandot County line to the Old Lincoln Hwy (CR 330) interchange, will have single lane closures for a pavement repair project. One 11’ lane will be maintained in each direction. Estimated completion: July 2025
State Route 61 minor rehabilitation – SR 61 will have single lane closures from Crawford-Morrow County Line Road to Monnet-New Winchester Road, south of Galion, OH; and from McNeil Road to just north of Thrush Ave, in Crestline, OH. Project work includes pavement repairs and bridge maintenance work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Estimated completion: September 2025
State Route 103 pavement repairs – SR 103 from the Wyandot County line to SR 4 will have single lane closures for a pavement repair project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Estimated completion: June 2025
RICHLAND COUNTY
State Route 13 resurfacing – SR 13 northbound and southbound, from Hanley Road to Chilton Ave, will have long-term lane closures for a resurfacing project. The northbound and southbound driving lanes will be closed for roadway reconstruction and culvert work. Traffic will be maintained in 10’ lanes in each direction with barrels.

- The South Main Street entrance ramp to SR 13 north will close Monday, May 5 for 60 days for resurfacing work.The detour route to SR 13 north will be South Main St. south to W. Cooke Road west to U.S. 42 north (Lexington Ave.) to SR 13. Estimated ramp reopening: Friday, July 4, 2025
- The SR 13 south exit ramp to South Main Street will close Monday, May 5 for 60 days for resurfacing work.The detour route to South Main Street will be to continue south on SR 13 to Hanley Road west to South Main Street north. Estimated ramp reopening: Friday, July 4, 2025
- Access from Chilton Ave to SR 13 will close Monday, May 5 for 60 days due to resurfacing work.The detour route will be SR 13 to W. Raleigh Ave to Marquis Ave to Chilton Ave. Estimated ramp reopening: Friday, July 4, 2025
- Westbound access from Straub Road to SR 13 will close Wednesday, May 7 for 7 days due to resurfacing work.Motorists traveling eastbound along Straub Road will have access to the intersection. The detour route westbound motorists will be Woodville Road south to Hanley Road west to S. Main Street north to Straub Road. Estimated reopening of westbound side: Wednesday, May 14, 2025
- Eastbound access from Straub Road to SR 13 will close Wednesday, May 14 for 7 days due to resurfacing work.Motorists traveling westbound along Straub Road will have access to the intersection. The detour route for eastbound motorists will be Straub Road to S. Main Street south to Hanley Road east to Woodville Road north to Straub Road. Estimated completion: Wednesday, May 21, 2025
- The I-71 south exit ramp (Exit 169) to SR 13 will close Tuesday, May 13 for 14 days due to resurfacing work. The detour route will be to continue south on I-71 to the SR 97 exit (Exit 165), exit onto SR 97 and reenter onto I-71 north, and take I-71 north to Exit 169 to SR 13. Estimated ramp reopening: Tuesday, May 27, 2025
- The SR 13 north exit ramp to Cook Road will close Wednesday, May 14 for 60 days for resurfacing work. The detour route for motorists travelling to Cook Road will be to continue on SR 13 north to E. 1st Street to S. Diamond Street to Woodville Road to Cook Road. Estimated ramp reopening: Sunday, July 13, 2025
- The Cook Road entrance ramp to SR 13 south will close Wednesday, May 21 for 60 days for resurfacing work. The detour route for motorists traveling to SR 13 south will be Cook Road to S. Main St to Hanley Road to SR 13. Estimated ramp reopening: Sunday, July 20, 2025

Interstate 71 slope stabilization project – I-71 northbound and southbound, between SR 39 and U.S. 30, will have single lane closures for a slope stabilization project.
NEW IMPACTS
- Sunday, May 4: I-71 south will have two lanes closed to traffic from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. as crews remove the portable concrete barrier. This work is anticipated to take only one night to complete. I-71 south will go back to a single lane closure by 6:00 a.m. on Monday, May 5, 2025.
- Sunday, May 4 & Monday, May 5: I-71 north will have two lanes closed to traffic from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 4 and from 8:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. on Monday, May 5. Crews will be setting portable concrete barrier wall. This work is anticipated to take two nights to complete. I-71 north will go back to a single lane closure by 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

State Route 181 minor rehabilitation – SR 181 will have single lane closures from just south of Main Street in Crestline, OH to SR 309. Project work includes pavement repairs and bridge maintenance work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Estimated completion: September 2025
State Route 314 pavement repairs – SR 314 from the Morrow County line to the city of Ontario corporation limits will have single lane closures for a pavement repair project. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Estimated completion: June 2025
State Route 314 culvert replacement – SR 314, between Flowers Road and SR 309, is closed for 30 days for a culvert replacement. The detour route for northbound motorists will be SR 314 north to SR 97 west to SR 19 west to SR 61 north to SR 309 east and reverse for southbound motorists. Estimated completion: Wednesday, May 21, 2025
