The Mansfield Division of Police is asking for assistance in identifying the person in the attached photo.
The person is wearing a dark colored hoodie (possibly black in color) with a light colored (possibly white or light gray) front pocket. The person appears to be a male suspect and is wearing shoes with a distinctive light colored pattern. This photo was taken from a camera in the Brookfield apartment complex on Brookfield Drive on Thursday morning, June 3, around the time that a 74-year-old victim was stabbed by an unidentified male assailant(S).
It is unknown if this person is involved in that assault but may have seen or heard something and be able to provide additional information in this case. The Detectives would like to speak to this person. If you are this individual or anyone may know the identify of this person, they are asked to call Detective Scheurer at 419.755.9748 or the Mansfield Police Department at 419.755.9724.
