The time has come again for families from across the area to descend on downtown Mansfield for the annual Monsterfield Masquerade.

The event, taking place this Saturday, October 28, brings together a large-scale Trick or Treat with a Halloween Parade that never disappoints. Annually, some 4,000 families visit downtown to participate in the day’s events.

Monsterfield Masquerade will kick off with the Trick or Treat, sponsored this year by AK Steel and PlayTime Dental. Children will be able to visit some 65 participating downtown businesses and stands from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

The parade will step off at 12:00 NOON at the intersection of Main Street and Fifth Street, will move south on Main Street, west on Park Avenue and north on Walnut Street. Parade entries are reviewed and judged.

The citywide Trick of Treat in Mansfield is scheduled for Thursday, October 26 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
