It’s not just things that go bump in the night. Actual monsters return next week as the Third Annual Monster Painting Show hits Main Street Books in downtown Mansfield.
The store describes participating in this annual exhibition this way:
- Step 1: Obtain a cheap or free painting from a thrift store, garage sale, hotel room, etc.
- Step 2: Paint your own monster or monsters into the painting.
- Step 3: Bring the modified painting to the bookstore before closing on Tuesday, February 20.
- Step 4: Come to the opening reception on Friday, February 23 at 5 PM.
