Each year, the chief executive of the United States, Ohio, and many local Ohio communities will take the time to share an overview of what has taken place over the previous calendar year.

These “State of” talks take verbal form and, in the case of the City of Mansfield, written form.

In such speeches and writings, attention is paid both to accomplishments in office as well as objectives for the coming months. This is true for the recently-released 2021 State of the City shared by Mansfield Mayor Tim Theaker, an 11 page document that centers on highlights from each City department.
