The Mansfield Division of Police is asking for the public’s help to locate three missing teenagers.

Payton Michael Harbin. Payton was last seen on February 27 in the area of Wayne St. in Mansfield. He is 14 years old, 5’5” tall and weighs 110 pounds. He is a black male with black hair and brown eyes. His clothing description is unknown. He has been seen in the Mansfield area as recently as March 29 in the area of Home Avenue in the south side of our city. He often frequents this area as he has known acquaintances there. Efforts to locate him have met with negative results

Allison Sowders. Allison may be in the area of 300 Park Avenue West, where she has been located in the past. Allison was last seen in the 100 block of Grover Avenue in Mansfield on March 9 and has also been seen on Grace Street. Allison is 15 years old, 5’4” tall and weighs 132 pounds. She is a white female with blonde hair and brown eyes. She may dye her hair an unknown color.

Alexis Hayes. Alexis may be in the Mansfield or Chillicothe area where she has been found in the past. Alexis was last seen in the 200 block of Sycamore St. in Mansfield approximately 4 weeks ago. Attempts to locate her have met with negative results. Alexis is 17 years old, 5’7” tall and weighs 140 pounds. She is a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She may dye her hair an unknown color. Alexis has a tattoo on her left forearm that reads, “RIP Jordan.”
