Little Buckeye Children’s Museum, Ohio Health, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital are proud to announce the grand opening of a new Emergency Room and Pediatric Care exhibit at Little Buckeye Children’s Museum.

In the Ohio Health | Nationwide Children’s Hospital exhibit, children can learn to become comfortable with emergency professionals and protocol, or what it might be like to visit a loved one in the hospital, or even envision themselves as successful doctors and paramedics. Children can dress up in scrubs and lab coats, drive the ambulance and play pretend with hospital equipment, an x-ray machine and more.

Children will also become comfortable with the idea of a going to the doctor’s for a check-up, or visiting a new sibling at the hospital, as they familiarize themselves with the tools and procedures by playing pretend with doctor tools, baby dolls, a growth chart and so much more!

This new exhibit can be found on the first floor of Little Buckeye Children’s Museum and will be open to the public starting Friday, June 15.

Little Buckeye Children’s Museum is proud to provide children and families with the power of play every day. With over 30 interactive exhibits, Little Buckeye Children’s Museum invites children to use their imagination to create fun and unique experiences every time the come to the museum. The way Little Buckeye sees it, playing is growing, so let them play!
