The Village of Lexington has made changes in its income tax process about which affected tax filers and payers should be aware.
As of January 2019, the Income Tax Department will no longer assist in preparation of tax returns. You may call 419-884-7267 with questions concerning your account. Step by step directions are available on each return.
Please also note that a copy of pages 1 & 2 of your Federal Tax Return is required with each return, along with all W2s, Federal Schedules, and documents supporting income. Your return is considered incomplete without this information and subject to further penalties.
