In a Facebook post on Monday, the organizers behind the phenomenally successful Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival have shared that a major announcement will be forthcoming on Friday about this year’s event.
Headlined by a powerful collection of musical acts set to appear, the dates of the Festival are July 10 through July 12 at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield. The event has grown into one of the largest and most unique rock festivals in the country with major bands and solo artists from rock, alternative, and metal joining ink artisans and much more.
In its post, the organizers shared:
“Lots of people messaging us asking questions about what’s going to happen with Inkcarceration 2020 based on all the festival cancelations before and after us. We need a few more days to finalize details on all of our options and possibilities.. We promise all your questions will be answered on Friday at noon.”
In the Responsible Restart Ohio plan announced on Monday, music concerts were not specifically addressed, however indoor or outdoor festivals were included as were “concert halls.”. Campgrounds were as well, which many Inkcarceration attendees use during the three day event.
