The Ohio State Highway Patrol is holding a Holiday Card Contest for children. The contest winner’s artwork will be featured in the Patrol’s quarterly publication, the Flying Wheel, and used as the Patrol’s Holiday social media graphic.

All artwork must be photographed and sent via email (preserving the original artwork) no later than Friday, November 22, at 8:00 AM EST, for consideration in the contest. The finalists will be selected Monday, November 25 and notified via the submission email. The winner will be chosen and announced at noon on November 27.

Patrol Holiday Card Submission Criteria:

  • Up to 12 years of age
  • Paper Size – 8 1/2 x 11

Include the message of “Happy Holidays” and at least one of the following:

  • OSHP Cruiser
  • State Trooper
  • OSHP Flying Wheel

The email submission must include the child’s name, school name, grade, age and parent contact information. One submission per person can be emailed to: [email protected] no later than Friday, November 22 at 8:00 AM EST.
