From the City of Mansfield Service Complex:
Due to water main repairs it will be necessary to close sections of the following road while work is being completed:
Harter Avenue between Wolfe Avenue and Gibson Avenue.
The road was closed on Wednesday and is expected to be re-opened by the end of the workday on Tuesday, February 13 barring any unanticipated problems.
Construction signs will be posted at the work site. Traffic is advised to plan an alternate route to avoid possible delays. No emergency vehicles will be able to pass.
