The Renaissance Theatre’s exclusive Ghostlight Cabaret series returns on Friday, February 21 at 7:30 PM, featuring an enchanting performance titled Conne: What a Wonderful World. Led by celebrated vocalist Condrea Webber Mason, this intimate evening will also feature pianist Alice Bond and bassist Santiago Mason in a captivating blend of jazz, soul, and gospel.
Set inside the Ghostlight Lounge, a candlelit speakeasy-style venue within the historic 1928 Renaissance Theatre, the Ghostlight Cabaret offers a one-of-a-kind live music experience. With only 80 seats available per performance, the setting ensures an up-close and personal evening of world-class entertainment, transporting audiences to the golden era of cabaret.
Following the September launch of the series with the electrifying Dazzling Divas, this next installment shines the spotlight on Condrea Webber Mason’s powerful vocals and magnetic stage presence. The performance will take attendees on a heartfelt musical journey, blending storytelling, humor, and breathtaking artistry.
“Conne and cabaret were meant for each other,” said Michael Thomas, director of the cabaret series. “She’s been a fixture on our stages for nearly two decades, but this performance gives audiences a rare opportunity to connect with her warmth, humor, and talent in an intimate setting. And having Alice Bond and Santiago Mason alongside her is just the icing on the cake!”
Tickets are priced at $25 and include decadent desserts, drinks, and live music, ensuring a VIP experience for all attendees. Those interested are encouraged to secure their seats early at www.rentickets.org or by calling the Renaissance Theatre box office at 419-522-2726.
