Consider this description – “The front building is one of Mansfield’s highest grade of secluded office buildings…with three floors wide open. Features include beautiful grand entrance, elevators, kitchen with cafeteria-style service area, multi-floor restrooms, CAT 5 cabling available, ample parking, and a peaceful view of wildlife and trees.”

That is how the description begins for the former Lumbermens Mutual Insurance headquarters as the present owners seek to sell the 40,000 square feet complex. The price tag? How about $2.7 million?

The craigslist listing includes photos that show both interior and exterior views.

The “Williamsburg style” buildings were constructed in 1950 and 1976 on 30 acres of land near Westbrook Country Club.
