Parents and other adults may head out on New Year’s Eve to celebrate the end of one year and the beginning of another, and now kids and their families can have their own party, just a bit earlier.
On Saturday, December 31, the Mansfield/Richland County Public Library’s Main Library will host a New Year’s Eve event for families with children. From 12 NOON until 3:00 PM, the event will feature crafts, board games, activities, and a scavenger hunt. Short movies with popcorn will also be shown from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
The Main Library and all MRCPL locations will close at 5:00 PM on New Year’s Eve.
