The Renaissance Performing Arts Association is proud to announce its 2025–2026 Season, bringing a dynamic array of entertainment to downtown Mansfield that truly offers something for everyone. Featuring beloved Broadway musicals, thrilling concerts, family-friendly education programs, and symphonic excellence, the new season promises to entertain, inspire, and connect our vibrant community. The Park National Bank Broadway Series promises timeless stories and beloved music. Audiences will journey over the rainbow in The Wizard of Oz (July 2025), enjoy madcap musical comedy with A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (February 2026)—featuring some very special guests to be announced later this season—and dance into spring with the smash hit Mamma Mia! (April 2026). These fully staged performances will showcase local and regional talent in productions helmed by the Renaissance’s award-winning artistic team.
The Avita Health System Concert Series continues with a diverse lineup of high-energy performances that span multiple genres, ensuring there’s something for every music fan. Audiences can experience the magic of Are You Ready For It? A Taylor Experience, a tribute to one of the biggest pop icons of our time, or relive the legendary sounds of To the Limit: The Ultimate Eagles Experience. Renowned pianist and songwriter Jim Brickman will take the stage for HITS LIVE! and A Little Bit of Christmas, delivering his signature blend of heartfelt melodies and holiday favorites. With an exciting mix of rock, pop, and classical crossover performances, this season’s concert series promises unforgettable nights of live music at the Renaissance.
The OhioHealth Symphony Series opens with Classical Mansfield: A Free Community Concert (September 2025), once again offering a no-cost musical experience for all. This season is characterized by the fusion of classical works and popular favorites, inviting both lifelong symphony fans and first-timers to enjoy the events together—something truly for everyone. The Mansfield Symphony will also present Magical Mansfield: A Night of Wizards and Wonders (October 2025), the holiday tradition Holiday Pops (December 2025), and Side×Side: A Night at the Oscars with Beethoven (March 2026). The season concludes with the spectacular performances: Star Wars and The Planets: A Galactic Odyssey (May 2026).

The Mechanics Bank Education Series is packed with enriching opportunities for young people and families. From the return of Broadway Camps to productions by Mansfield Youth Theatre, including Matilda, students will have many chances to shine. The Teddy Bear Concert Series continues with interactive storytelling concerts like The Three Little Wolves, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Programs like Renaissance Youth Opera Theatre, Mansfield Symphony Youth Orchestra and Youth Strings, Improv Underground, and the MindSprouts Creative Writing Showcase continue to foster creativity, while professional development through the Kennedy Center workshops further supports educators through free programming.
The Innovation Series features bold and immersive theatrical experiences in the Ren’s Black Box: Theatre 166. Gothic horror comes to life in Dracula this fall, and the charming She Loves Me brings holiday warmth in November. The Emerging Artists Festival will return with three new works-in-progress, featuring playwrights from around the world who will hone their pieces and share them with local audiences through staged readings and feedback sessions.
The Spotlight Series lights up the stage with variety entertainment, starting with Nosferatu (1922) accompanied by the live Mighty Wurlitzer Organ. October also features the glow-in-the-dark spectacle iLuminate and the always-popular film screening of Rocky Horror Picture Show. The season also brings The Nutcracker Ballet presented by Richland Academy of the Arts, We Wish You a Jazzy Christmas featuring the Artistic Jazz Orchestra, and the internationally renowned Celtic Angels Ireland in March 2026.
The Renaissance remains deeply committed to access and community impact. Through programs like discounts for seniors, students, and military, as well as complimentary access for individuals with financial need, the Renaissance strives to ensure everyone can experience the power of the arts.

These events attract people of all ages, interests, and backgrounds, making sponsorship a great way to showcase your business while supporting our community by financially contributing to access to the arts. Additionally, businesses can advertise in our performance programs that reach over 35,000 attendees annually. Ads range in cost, starting at just $600 for a quarter-page, $1,000 for a half-page, and $1,500 for a full-page, with distribution across 50+ events throughout the season.
