Ohio’s homegrown Rock Festival of the summer – Inkcarceration Festival returns for 3-days of Music and Tattoos on July 10, 11 and 12th. Located at the famous Ohio State Reformatory aka Shawshank Prison in Mansfield, OH. 2020 will feature the most bands to date with over 38 bands on 2 stages for 3 full days of music.
