Richland Public Health is hitting the road in 2025 to bring vital health screenings directly to communities across the county — and they’re free or low-cost. With rising awareness of chronic conditions and a growing need for accessible healthcare, this initiative provides an opportunity for residents to stay informed, stay healthy, and take control of their well-being.

A County-Wide Effort for Better Health

From Mansfield to Shiloh, and Lexington to Lucas, Richland Public Health’s Nursing Division is making its rounds. In a bid to support adults across Richland County, the department has scheduled monthly visits to local libraries, churches, health centers, and community halls.

Screening sites include:

  • Area Agency on Aging, Dewald Community Center, Oasis of Love Church, and others
  • Dates run from February through October
  • Each event features trained staff and offers a variety of screening options

A full list of times and locations is available via Richland Public Health and ensures accessibility no matter where residents live.
