Cleveland’s own Tammy Pescatelli will perform at the Renaissance Theatre for one night only on February 16, 2019 at 8:00 PM. Joined by comedians Rocky LaPorte and Josh Sneed, this is one night of guaranteed laughter. The event is part of the Shaw-Ott Medical Comedy Series with additional sponsorship from Nanogate Jay Systems, LLC.

Tammy Pescatelli brings brassy sexiness with a female voice of witty sarcasm, holding her own on the topics of sports, television, dating and family life using tongue-in-cheek humor. Her most recent one-hour special Finding The Funny – available on Netflix – is just one of her new and noteworthy endeavors, which also include big appearances on The View and The Howard Stern Show and her being chosen by Jenny McCarthy to be a part of her Dirty, Sexy, Funny comedy special on EPIX, a hilarious all-female slate of standup comedians that also toured together in 2015. With a slew of other accolades under her belt, Tammy has appeared on a number of television shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (twice), Bravo’s Rocco’s Dinner Party, CBS’s The Talk, NBC’s Last Comic Standing: The Best of the Best, two of her own Comedy Central specials, and not to mention 100+ appearances on “talking head” shows for VH1, CMT, MTV, E!, A&E, TVGuide and more. Also a regular on USO Comedy tours, Tammy has entertained our troops all over the world.

Rocky LaPorte’s appeal comes from his everyman, blue-collar, street-wise style of comedy. Delivering laughs in his trademark Brooklyn accent, he has become one of the most sought-after comedians in the country. His appearance on Last Comic Standing found him to be an audience favorite, garnering him a coveted spot as one of the Top 5 finalists and member of the show’s U.S. comedy tour. A former Chicago truck driver and dock worker, Rocky has accumulated a slew of performances throughout his career including being a featured comic on Showtime’s The Godfathers of Comedy, a special starring five of America’s most hilarious Italian-American comics, along with Patriot Act: A Jeffrey Ross Home Movie, another Showtime special for which Rocky traveled to Iraq with Drew Carey to entertain the troops. He has also filmed his own Comedy Central Presents special, was voted Comedy Central’s second most popular comedian in a nationwide poll, has performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and appeared on A&E’s Evening At The Improv, VH-1’s Stand-Up Spotlight, the sitcom Cheers, and his own NBC pilot called the Rocky LaPorte Show.

Josh Sneed headlines shows in standup comedy clubs across the country, and frequently appears at private and corporate events. He was chosen by Comedy Central to perform in their inaugural South Beach Comedy Festival, has starred in his own 30-minute stand-up special Comedy Central Presents: Josh Sneed, and finished 2nd out of 100 of Comedy Central’s top comedians in the Annual Stand-up Showdown Competition. Josh released an album on Comedy Central Records called Unacceptable, which was selected as one of iTunes’ Top 10 comedy albums. He has performed at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and garnered praise from Punchline Magazine after performing at the Aspen Comedy Festival. He is a favorite of the nationally syndicated The Bob & Tom Show and can frequently be heard on Sirius/XM Radio. Josh has opened for big names including Ron White, Lewis Black, Dave Chappelle, Dane Cook, Mitch Hedberg, Dave Attell, Bill Burr, Larry The Cable Guy, Bill Engvall, Jim Norton, Daniel Tosh, Jim Gaffigan, Patrice O’Neal and Greg Giraldo.
