The City of Mansfield’s Office of Community Development seeks eligible homeowners within the City of Mansfield for participation in the Community Development Block Grant Program. This program offers interest free rehabilitation loans to eligible homeowners within the City. In order to qualify you must meet the income guidelines based on household size. These limits are outlined below.

1 — $31,050
2 – $35,540
3 — $39,900
4 — $44,300
5 — $47,850
6 — $51,400
7 — $54,950
8 — $58,500
In addition to being income qualified the applicant must:
- Own and live in the home for a period of one year
- Be the current owner of record of the property
- Be current on their mortgage and property taxes
- Have homeowner’s insurance
- Be clear of any bankruptcy filings for at least 24 months
- Have utilities at the home in the name of the applicant
- Be current on paying utilities or current on a utility payment plan
