The Richland County Board of Elections has shared updates on important dates and links concerning voting in the upcoming May 4 Primary Election.

Register to Vote: The deadline to register to vote or change your address and/or name in the voter registration system for the May Primary/Special Election is Monday, April 5. The Board of Elections office will be open that evening until 9:00 P.M. Note that not all precincts will be open for this Election.

Voter View: You can verify your registration, find your polling location, and see a sample ballot via the Board’s Voter View page. That page can be accessed here.

Early Voting: Early voting at the Board of Elections starts on Tuesday, April 6 from 8 AM to 5 PM. From then until April 23, early voting hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. After that, the schedule is as follows:

  • April 26 to April 30 — 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Saturday, May 1 — 8 AM to 4 PM
  • Sunday, May 2 — 1 PM to 5 PM
  • Monday, May 3 — 8 AM to 2 PM

The Early Voting address is 1495 W. Longview Ave. Ste. 101 in Mansfield (Lower Level Classroom, down the hall from Board of Elections Office).
