Downtown Mansfield’s Holiday Inn hotel structure is apparently for sale, according to this website. The posting is dated yesterday, and includes several details about the hotel’s location, revenue, and potential.

Case in point — with a total stated revenue of $2.48 million, the 2015 net operating income is listed as being $645,000.

Listed features are: “Along with a restaurant, this hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness center. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a bar/lounge, a spa tub, and a 24-hour business center are onsite. Available in all rooms: Free WiFi , Free wired high-speed Internet.”
