As this view of the Caldwell and Bloor Building at 80 West Third Street in downtown Mansfield shows, taken on Wednesday afternoon, work continues on renovating the former medical supply company structure.

When finished, the building will include a demonstration kitchen and retail on the first floor, with condominiums on the upper floors crowned by a rooftop garden.

Work has been ongoing for well over a year.

The Caldwell and Bloor Building was built about 1928 and was used for its original purpose until the early 2000s.

As the photo shows, the building is immediately adjacent to the homie of Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development.
