The next installment of the Business Boot Camp Series at the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce takes place on Wednesday, October 5 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. At that time, Beth Reitler at Spire Advertising will present on “How to Build an UNSTOPPABLE Small Business.”

In promotional material for the event, organizers share, “It’s normal to feel like you’re at the mercy of things you can’t control. You don’t have control over clueless politicians, or the strategic moves of your competition. But take heart. You have control over your small business. You built it against great odds, and this is NOT a time to hunker down, or let outside forces dictate your next move.”

This presentation will focus on the following:

» Customer Value Optimization: Learn a method to optimize the value of every customer, every prospect, every website visitor… every person who sees your marketing.

» Websites? Social Media? Traditional marketing? It all has its place, and you will see where to put your focus to get the best results.

» A 6-part formula to attract the best customers: You?ll discover the formula Spire uses to help some of the area?s most successful small businesses grow.

» Get a simple marketing framework to use in your business.

It will be held at the Chamber office, located at 55 North Mulberry Street near the Mansfield Richland County Public Library. The cost is $15 for members and $25 for non-members, and a continental breakfast will be provided.
