Startups face a number of legal issues ranging from business entity choice to legal compliance.

With this fact in mind, the Braintree Business Development Center is hosting a free seminar with business attorney Jack Stewart. During the event, Stewart will present information designed to help startups understand that need to comply with local requirements from day one through exit or sale of their business. In addition to being at attorney, Stewart is also a CPA and financial planner.

The seminar will take place on Monday, December 18 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. An opportunity will then follow for attendees to meet individually with Stewart for an initial consultation at no charge.

The Braintree Business Development Center is located at 201 East Fifth Street in downtown Mansfield.
