Where we would go on a beautiful Ohio September Saturday morning? Why, the Blockhouse, of course, our inspiration here at 1812Blockhouse. The occasion was the Colonial Living History Fair in South Park. The event, which runs until 4:00 p.m. this afternoon, was attended by several families during the time we were there; we also observed a musket firing demonstration. We’ll have photos to share later this weekend. In the meantime, however, here’s a short clip of the scene around the Blockhouse this morning.
